WhatsGoingOn (WGO) is a public ledger of trading calls. Every call is recorded with its ticker, its direction, and the moment it became public — then the underlying price is tracked across seven return windows, so that eventually you can see who's actually been right.

It exists because the loudest voices are the ones that stick — the wins get screenshotted, the losses get deleted. We're trying to build a track record that isn't cherry-picked: every call, win or lose, stays in the ledger.

Where the calls come from

Reddit. Every DD or YOLO post on r/wallstreetbets is parsed for its directional argument and the ticker it concerns. Posts that carry no actionable view — news dumps, memes, pure shitposts — don't enter the ledger.

SEC Form 4 filings. WGO also tracks open-market trades by corporate insiders — officers and directors — as reported to the SEC. These are read directly from EDGAR's structured filings, with no AI and no interpretation involved. A qualifying purchase is scored as a bullish call and a qualifying sale as a bearish one, anchored to the moment the filing became public rather than the trade date. That scoring is a convention, not a claim about intent: insiders sell for plenty of reasons that say nothing about the company.
